The Oblates of Christ the Redeemer platform is maintained and operated by Deacon Mario Fernando Teixeira Cardoso, responsible for the apostolate, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. By accessing and using the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the platform.

Access to the platform is free and does not require sign-up, an account, a password, or the provision of personal data. All content is made freely available to anyone who accesses the site.

To enable browsing, the platform may use a technical cookie strictly necessary for maintaining your anonymous session. This cookie does not identify you nor collect personal data, and is exempt from consent because it is indispensable to the operation of the service.

Oblates of Christ the Redeemer is an apostolate of prayer for the holiness of priests and for numerous and holy priestly vocations. We are not a religious community, secular institute, nor a public or private association of the faithful with canonical personality. Use of the platform creates no canonical, associative, employment, or corporate bond of any kind.

The platform offers formative content, prayers, and practices proper to the tradition of the Catholic Church, organized according to the liturgical calendar. All participation is voluntary and founded on the freedom of conscience of the faithful.

By using the platform, you undertake not to employ it for unlawful purposes nor in a way that compromises its operation or security. It is not permitted to attempt to access restricted areas, overload the service, copy its content for unauthorized use, or violate the rights of third parties.

Texts, images, audio, videos, the logo, and the name Oblates of Christ the Redeemer are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Use is permitted for personal and devotional purposes, preserving the source. Liturgical, biblical, and Church-document reproductions follow the rights of their respective holders.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use depends on the express authorization of the apostolate.

All the content on the platform is offered free of charge. There is no subscription, no charge for access, nor sale of spiritual services.

Access is anonymous and the platform does not collect personal data. To follow the reach of the apostolate, only aggregated and anonymous access information is recorded, which does not allow the visitor to be identified. The details are set out in the Privacy Policy, available on the platform.

We strive to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or technical failures. The service is offered "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or unavailability arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that the law does not permit to be waived, especially those provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or apostolate-practice changes. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top, and continued use after the update represents agreement with the new version.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The jurisdiction of the District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is elected to resolve any disputes, except, in the case of consumer relations, the consumer's right to choose the jurisdiction of their domicile.
