Apostolate Oblates of Christ the Redeemer

Privacy Policy

Last updated · August 10, 2026

This Policy explains how the platform of the apostolate Oblates of Christ the Redeemer handles the information of those who access it. Our principle is simple: to collect the bare minimum and not to identify the visitor. Access is free and anonymous, without sign-up, an account, or the provision of personal data.

01

Responsible party

The platform is maintained and operated by Deacon Mario Fernando Teixeira Cardoso, responsible for the apostolate, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

02

We do not collect personal data

The platform does not require sign-up or login and does not request a name, email, telephone, or any other data that identifies you. We do not create user profiles, we do not track you across sites, and we do not share, sell, or rent information to third parties for any purpose.

03

Session cookie

To enable browsing, the platform may use a single technical cookie, strictly necessary for maintaining your anonymous session while you use the site. This cookie does not identify you, does not store personal data, and does not serve for advertising or tracking. Because it is indispensable to the operation of the service, it is exempt from consent, under the terms of applicable law. It is temporary and ends at the close of the session.

04

Access statistics

To follow the reach of the apostolate, we use an access-statistics tool that does not employ tracking cookies nor collect personal data. Only aggregated and anonymous information is recorded — such as the total number of visits, most visited pages, and approximate origin of traffic — which serves exclusively to understand the use of the platform and does not allow the visitor to be identified.

These statistics may be processed by a specialized service provider, engaged under a commitment to handle only anonymous data. The tool used may be replaced in the future, maintaining the same principle of anonymity.

05

Data you send us voluntarily

If you choose to write to us at the contact email, we will handle the information you yourself provide in that message only to reply to it and for the time necessary to do so. Sending it is your choice and is not required to use the platform.

06

Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform. Because access is anonymous and we do not maintain a database of users, the risk associated with personal data is reduced by design.

07

Rights of the data subject

Because we do not collect data that identifies you, there is, as a rule, no personal data of yours in our keeping to access, correct, or delete. Even so, if you have any question about the handling of information on this platform, or if you have sent us data voluntarily, you may exercise the rights provided for in Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) through the contact email.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top. We recommend consulting it periodically.
