O my Jesus, I ask You for the entire Church, grant it the love and light of Your Spirit, give strength to the words of the priests, so that hardened hearts may be softened and return to You, Lord.
O Lord, give us holy priests; You Yourself, preserve them in holiness.
O Divine and Supreme Priest, may the power of Your mercy accompany them everywhere and defend them from the snares and traps of the devil, for he continually tempts the souls of priests.
O Lord, may the power of Your mercy break and annihilate anything that may darken the holiness of priests, for You can do all things.
My most loving Jesus, I ask You for the triumph of Your Church, that You bless the Holy Father and all the clergy; to obtain the grace of conversion for sinners obstinate in sin; for a special blessing and light, I ask You, Jesus, for the priests with whom I will confess throughout my life.
